Our Mission:
create a stronger and healthier community through "win-win" dynamic by partnering with people in service and contribution based on common interest and conviction.
Our Core Values:
Partnership
We work with each other on the team, and together with others to create a "win-win" in whatever we do. We are each other's advocates toward the cause of creating a better world beginning within the borders of our own community. We stand together with people based on what we are FOR, rather than dividing based on what we are AGAINST.
Ecclesiastes 4:12 (NLT) - A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to- back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
Abundance
Through God's leading and provision, there is more than enough opportunity to make a difference, divine insight to choose wisely, resources to be generous, qualities within us to hold fast to our cause and inspire others to do similar, and encouragement from our Heavenly Father.
2 Peter 1:3 (NIV) - 3 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
Honor
We are inspired out of seeing the value and inherent worth of others. We draw our focus and encourage me by what the Lord says about the people we serve, and not merely our own conclusions.
Hebrews 12:2 - We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God's throne.
Wisdom
We rely on God to give us wisdom for what our community needs and how we can best serve them. Through His perspective and picture we have true insight.
Proverbs 2:6-7 (NLT) - For the Lord grants wisdom! From His mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He grants a treasure of common sense to the honest. He is a shield to those who walk with integrity.
His Kingdom Come
Our actions are centered around bringing the kingdom come and loving as Jesus did. Our choices create doors for the Good News of Jesus Christ as much as they fulfill physical needs.
Philippians 1:12 (NLT) - And I want you to know, my dear brothers and sisters, that everything that has happened to me here has helped to spread the good news.
